Terms of sale

GFO ONE subscription, payment, cancellation and limits.

Operational document. These terms describe GFO ONE as billed today. They do not replace a signed B2B contract for an enterprise deployment. Independent legal review may still refine this text.

Purpose

These terms of sale govern the GFO ONE subscription sold on https://greenfinops-agent.com. B2B engineering engagements (Agentic AI Operating Systems) are covered by a separate contract.

Offer and price

GFO ONE is a paid personal assistant. The price shown at checkout (default €10 / month, tax treatment as configured) prevails. Payment is processed by Stripe. GFO does not store card numbers.

Account and access

Access is personal. You are responsible for your credentials. Gmail, Calendar or other connectors remain optional and can be revoked at any time from settings.

Cancellation

You may stop the subscription from the billing page. Access remains until the end of the prepaid period. Deleting the account erases associated ONE data, including encrypted tokens and local mail history.

Refunds

Unless a mandatory law requires otherwise, started periods are not refunded. For a specific request, contact contact@greenfinops-agent.com.

Limitation

GFO ONE assists; it is not legal, tax or medical advice. Emails are never sent outside the GFO approval pipeline when sending is requested.

Governing law

Law of the France, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence. See also the terms of use.
